Is India smelling a victory?


The second test in the border-gavaskar series has completely turned in favor to the Indians.The Indians, after scoring a massive total of 469 in the first innings put the Australians on pressure. They were bowled out for a mere 269 due to the splendid bowling performance of test debutant Amit Mishra. The second innings was taken care by gambhir and sehwag. Later dhoni also added the spice to the indian innings and after taking a lead of 515 runs, the Indians declared. The Australian second innings started with the run rate of over 6 runs per over. But Harbhajan Singh came to the rescue with this quick two wickets. Soon the australians lost their captain ricky ponting and hussey due to the superb bowling performance of ishanth sharma.Brett lee was never given the ball in day 4 and he was quite annoyed about it . “We wanted to give him the old ball and decided against using him in the morning session and that is it,” the Australian coach ,Neilsen said.
